Marty Goodman is an established presence in the Las Vegas real estate community who guides Henderson Properties, Inc., and undertakes diverse investment activities. With a background as a serial entrepreneur who earned his undergraduate degree in marketing at Miami of Ohio and his MBA at University of San Diego, Marty Goodman previously led the San Diego firm Residential Capital.

From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Goodman additionally developed content and software for the Kid Pointz iPhone app, which enabled parents to awarded points to their children when users completed tasks such as school work or chores around the house. These points were transferable for rewards that ranged from family outings to games. Having grown the app to more than one million users, he ultimately oversaw the platform’s sale to an enterprise in the family travel arena.

Charitably focused, Mr. Goodman was a board member of Social Venture Partners’ (SVP) San Diego chapter as well as on the board of directors for Social Venture Partners International for several years. Working with an organization that invests time, talent and money in nonprofits, Marty Goodman, as lead partner, helped forge a successful partnership between SVP and Just in Time for Foster Youth.
